Duchess of Cambridge to visit Ronald McDonald House The Duchess of Cambridge is coming to Lambeth on Shrove Tuesday (28 February) to visit the new accommodation for families of patients at the Evelina London Children's Hospital. News of the royal visit has been revealed on the Buckingham Palace website. The 59-bedroom Ronald McDonald House Evelina London opened in December next to Lambeth Palace. The new accommodation replaced the previous Ronald McDonald House near Guy's Hospital, which meant that families had a long journey to visit their loved ones at the Evelina which is on the St Thomas' Hospital campus.
