The shrinking Princess! Eugenie showcases a noticeably trimmer figure amid engagement rumours (and it’s all thanks to a £5,500 a YEAR women-only health club)
Princess Eugenie was rumoured to be engaged to Jack Brooksbank last month
The pair have denied the rumours but the Princess appears to be shaping up
Expert suggests that she may have new ‘priorities’ that reflect her new image
She is a member of Grace Belgravia – a private members’ health club
The rumour mill has gone into overdrive surrounding Princess Eugenie’s relationship with nightclub entrepreneur Jack Brooksbank.
And while the pair have vehemently denied an engagement is on the cards, the royal has only further fanned the flames by showcasing a noticeably trimmer figure in recent weeks.
Gone are the Princess’s signature curves, and in their place a noticeably nipped-in waist and toned arms – and it’s all thanks to a luxurious women-only health club.
When Eugenie stepped out for the Animal Ball in November, she set tongues wagging by showing off her shrinking silhouette in a form-fitting black sleeveless dress with lace panelling.
And the eighth-in-line to the throne, who is all too often overshadowed by her older sister Beatrice, 28, stole the show as the royals attended a Christmas church service in Sandringham, Norfolk, in a flattering tailored coat and heels.
But what could be behind the young royal’s dramatic transformation? Is the princess really shaping up for her long-awaited nuptials with her boyfriend of six years – and how is she doing it?
The 26-year-old is no stranger to a workout; in a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar she revealed she normally gets up at the crack of dawn to exercise from 7am to 8am before heading to work.
Some days she heads to the park, where she does circuit training that focuses on burpees, squat jumps, and lunges.
On other days, she skips the park in favour of going to the private, women’s-only gym at Grace Belgravia — the same workout spot frequented by Cara Delevingne, which comes with a hefty £5,500-a-year membership fee.
The gym offers personal training services along with exclusive barre, spinning and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.
Just a stone’s throw from Eugenie’s home in Kensington Palace, it is the perfect place for the royal to shape up – away from prying eyes.
Commenting on the Princess’ figure fitness expert and founder of the Skinny B**** Collective, Russell Bateman, who trains a host of famous faces, says that her new regime suggests new ‘priorities’.
‘Shes looking amazing – priorities always dictate your choices so her new regime is obviously reflected in that.
‘She’s probably eating some amazing produce, training with intensity and really reaping the rewards.’
