Prince Charles is now taking notice of Prince George and this what both are doing

Prince George vs Grandpa Prince Charles: Who Wears Knee Socks Better?

Just like his mom Princess Kate, 3-year-old Prince George is already a style icon.

And now even his grandfather is taking notice!

Prince Charles stepped out in Scotland this week, and as he was up north, he wore the proper garb: a kilt and knee socks.

Of course, it’s impossible not to think of the little prince when you see a royal wearing knee socks.

In his nearly four years, George has made knee socks something of his style signature. He wears them in all sorts of hues, from blue to white to black, and the parents of his fellow preschoolers can’t get enough, routinely snatching up pairs from his go-to store, Amaia.

Charles did his grandson proud with his Scottish-appropriate look on Monday. The royal was in Scotland for a special reason: to see the “Salmon” steam train, which he rode as a child. The train’s engine and windows were destroyed in August 2015, and Charles hopped aboard for the first ride since its refurbishment. The Prince of Wales Foundation, funded the historic train’s repairs, according to The Telegraph.

And though he was far from his grandson, who was likely hanging out home in London or Norfolk with his parents, Prince William and Princess Kate, and nearly 2-year-old sister, Princess Charlotte, it was clear that George wasn’t far from Charles’s mind — or his wardrobe choices.

Or perhaps, is it that Prince George gets his style inspiration from his grandpa?
