Love Island’s Camilla Thurlow spills beans on Prince Harry fling
PRINCE Harry will no doubt be watching the latest series of Love Island from behind a palace pillow.
The royal seems to have had a streak of bad luck with two of his exes set to appear on the ITV2 dating show.
Caroline Flack – who presents the rating hit – dated Harry in 2009, while contestant Camilla Thurlow was linked with the Prince in 2014.
The former Miss Edinburgh is rumoured to have hooked up with Harry after his split from longtime girlfriend Cressida Bonas.
Harry and Camilla have never confirmed their romance, but Camilla is set to dish the dirt on-screen…kind of.
“If someone on the show asks about it, I don’t really talk about exes anyway”
The 27-year-old admitted she’s worried her links to Harry would hinder her in her quest to find love in the competition and she’d just be known as “Harry’s girl”.
“I think I feel like I’ve spent such a long time neglecting my personal life and I do want to give myself the chance of meeting someone,” Camilla told Mirror Online.
“So I don’t want anything in my past to affect the possibility of that happening.
“If someone on the show asks about it, I don’t really talk about exes anyway, I don’t like that you’re speaking for both parties and I’m quite private about that sort of thing.”
Well, at least we can always rely on Caroline to give us the royal gossip.
Caroline got down to the nitty gritty in her autobiography – Storm In A C Cup – after she was spotted smooching the Prince.
The 37-year-old explained the pair were brought together by their mutual friend and they got on like a house on fire.
But once everyone found out about their romance it all came to an end.
“Once the story got out, that was it. We had to stop seeing each other,” she wrote.
“I was no longer Caroline Flack, TV presenter, I was Caroline Flack, Prince Harry’s bit of rough.”
Love Island starts on Monday, June 5 at 9pm on ITV2.
