Cecile Reinaud, founder of the maternity brand worn by the Duchess of Cambridge, has said she is disappointed that she could not make her latest baby range, in memory of Princess Diana, in the UK. The business, Seraphine, expects to reach turnover of £14 million this year. Reinaud could not find a suitable UK maker and is producing the line in Portugal. She said: ‘The manufacturing industry is not equipped to move quickly. There should be more Government support.
