The Queen’s jewellers will be exhibiting a collection of “naturalistic” pieces designed to look like creatures such as bees, butterflies and beetles at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower show. Bentley & Skinner, jewellers by royal appointment to The Queen and the Prince of Wales, will have its first stand at London’s flower show next week. Sales director Omar Vaja told the Standard “hundreds” of pieces — costing between £1,500 and £80,000 — created by the team’s craftsmen will be on display at a stand made to look like a garden. There will, he added, “be something for everyone”, with simpler necklaces costing about £500 also on sale.
